Description

This Taco Meatloaf is a flavorful twist on traditional meatloaf, combining classic ingredients with taco seasoning for a delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bell pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, taco seasoning, and half of the salsa.
  3. Mix well and shape into a loaf. Place in a baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining salsa and shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
