- 2 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
