Description

A deliciously sweet and creamy pie made from roasted sweet potatoes, perfect for any dessert table.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
