- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with garlic, cumin, paprika, and salt.
- Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until pink and cooked through.
- In a blender, combine avocado, lime juice, and cilantro to make the sauce.
- Warm corn tortillas in a pan.
- Assemble the tacos by adding shrimp to tortillas and topping with avocado lime sauce.
