Description

Delicious shrimp tacos topped with a creamy avocado lime sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp with garlic, cumin, paprika, and salt.
  2. Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until pink and cooked through.
  3. In a blender, combine avocado, lime juice, and cilantro to make the sauce.
  4. Warm corn tortillas in a pan.
  5. Assemble the tacos by adding shrimp to tortillas and topping with avocado lime sauce.
