Description

A delicious and quick shrimp fried rice recipe loaded with flavor and fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup peas and carrots
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
