A refreshing beverage made from cucumbers, mint, and lime, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- ice cubes to serve
Instructions
- In a blender, combine cucumbers, mint leaves, lime juice, water, and sugar.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Serve over ice and garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness according to your taste by adding more or less sugar.
- Add soda water for a fizzy version.
