- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- 1 black olive, sliced, for decoration
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, then let them cool and peel.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks into a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the yolks; mix until smooth.
- Pipe or spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chives and a slice of black olive to resemble a pumpkin.

- For a spicier kick, consider adding a dash of cayenne pepper.
