Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • 1 black olive, sliced, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then let them cool and peel.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks into a bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the yolks; mix until smooth.
  4. Pipe or spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Garnish with chives and a slice of black olive to resemble a pumpkin.
