Description

A deliciously creamy pumpkin bread pudding that is perfect for fall.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf day-old bread, cubed
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, cream, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Add the cubed bread to the mixture and stir until well combined. Let it soak for about 15 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
