Ingredients

- 2 cups lard or oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat oil or lard in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry pork skins in batches until they puff up and become crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with salt while still hot.
