Description

Delicious, crispy pork rinds made from the skin of the pig. A perfect low-carb snack that’s both crunchy and savory!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork skins
  • 2 cups lard or oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oil or lard in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Fry pork skins in batches until they puff up and become crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  4. Sprinkle with salt while still hot.
