Description

Deliciously crispy potatoes served with a spicy tomato sauce, a classic Spanish dish loved by many.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add potatoes and cook until golden brown and crispy.
  4. In a separate saucepan, combine tomatoes, vinegar, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
  5. Simmer sauce for about 10 minutes.
  6. Serve potatoes hot with sauce drizzled on top and sprinkle with parsley.
