A tangy and flavorful barbecue sauce made with orange marmalade.
Ingredients

- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine orange marmalade, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Stir over medium heat until the marmalade has melted and the sauce is well combined.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool before using.
