A tangy and sweet BBQ sauce made with orange marmalade for a unique twist.
Ingredients

- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon corn starch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine orange marmalade, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until marmalade is melted and ingredients are well combined.
- If a thicker sauce is desired, mix corn starch with a bit of water to create a slurry and add to the sauce, stirring continuously until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool before using as a marinade or dipping sauce.
Notes
- This sauce works great as a marinade for chicken or pork.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
