Description

Delicious low-carb oreos perfect for keto diets.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the erythritol and butter until fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until fully combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm.
  9. Allow to cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra chocolate flavor, add more cocoa powder.
