- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon gelatin
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, almond milk, and sweetener until combined.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
- In a saucepan, heat a small amount of the mixed cream, then dissolve the gelatin in it.
- Layer the ingredients in a baking dish: start with a layer of cream mixture, followed by a layer of cream cheese mixture and sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
