Description

A delicious keto-friendly dessert that combines the sweetness of strawberries with a crumbly topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberries with erythritol and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Spread the strawberry mixture in a baking dish and pour the batter on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
