Description

Delicious and easy keto-friendly appetizer featuring prosciutto, pears, and blue cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1 ripe pear, sliced
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay out the prosciutto slices on a baking sheet.
  3. Place a slice of pear on each slice of prosciutto.
  4. Add crumbled blue cheese on top of the pears.
  5. Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the cheese.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is slightly melted.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
