- 4 slices prosciutto
- 1 ripe pear, sliced
- 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay out the prosciutto slices on a baking sheet.
- Place a slice of pear on each slice of prosciutto.
- Add crumbled blue cheese on top of the pears.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is slightly melted.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
