Description

Delicious and healthy keto-friendly nachos made with potato gems.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked potato gems
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the cooked potato gems on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese over the potato gems.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes and sliced olives on top.
  5. Season with chili powder and garlic powder.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream and green onions.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
