A delicious and easy keto-friendly recipe for oven-baked turkey and cheese sliders.

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form small slider patties and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- During the last 5 minutes of baking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty.
- Remove from the oven and assemble sliders using lettuce leaves.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the cheese with your favorite low-carb cheese.
- These sliders can be served with keto-friendly sauces.
