A delicious and easy keto-friendly recipe for oven-baked turkey and cheese sliders.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form small slider patties and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. During the last 5 minutes of baking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty.
  6. Remove from the oven and assemble sliders using lettuce leaves.
