Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, almond milk, and vanilla extract until it thickens.
- In another bowl, beat the heavy cream and sweetener until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined.
- In a rectangular dish, layer ladyfingers, pudding mix, and repeat until ingredients are used up.
- Drizzle the top with sugar-free chocolate syrup.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set before serving.
