- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar-free M&Ms
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the sugar-free M&Ms.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are set.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
