Description

Delicious keto-friendly cookies made with sugar-free M&Ms, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without compromising your diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free M&Ms
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the sugar-free M&Ms.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are set.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
