- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar-free honey substitute
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together hot sauce, sugar-free honey substitute, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken wings in olive oil and then toss them in the sauce mixture.
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the wings for about 40-45 minutes, turning once halfway through, until cooked through and crispy.
- Remove from oven and toss with remaining sauce before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes.
