Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free honey substitute
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together hot sauce, sugar-free honey substitute, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken wings in olive oil and then toss them in the sauce mixture.
  4. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the wings for about 40-45 minutes, turning once halfway through, until cooked through and crispy.
