- 2 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup erythritol sweetener
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and slice the apples.
- Roll each apple slice in a piece of crescent roll dough.
- Place the dough-wrapped apples in a greased baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the erythritol and cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture over the apples in the baking dish.
- Add the water to the bottom of the dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for added taste.
- Can be made ahead of time and reheated.
