Description

Delicious and easy Keto Crescent Roll Apple Dumplings that are perfect for a low-carb dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and slice the apples.
  3. Roll each apple slice in a piece of crescent roll dough.
  4. Place the dough-wrapped apples in a greased baking dish.
  5. In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the erythritol and cinnamon.
  6. Pour the mixture over the apples in the baking dish.
  7. Add the water to the bottom of the dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
