A rich and creamy eggnog mocktail that’s perfect for the holidays, without the carbs.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine almond milk, heavy cream, eggs, erythritol, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve in glasses, and garnish with additional nutmeg on top.
Notes
- This mocktail can be served warm or cold, based on preference.
- For a thicker consistency, use less almond milk.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
