Description

A rich and creamy eggnog mocktail that’s perfect for the holidays, without the carbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine almond milk, heavy cream, eggs, erythritol, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Serve in glasses, and garnish with additional nutmeg on top.

  • For a thicker consistency, use less almond milk.
