Ingredients

- 2 cups cranberry juice (unsweetened)
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp erythritol (optional)
- Fresh cranberries for garnish
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, lime juice, orange juice, and erythritol. Stir well until erythritol is dissolved.
- Just before serving, add the sparkling water to the mixture and stir gently.
- Pour the drink into glasses over ice.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and mint leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a more tart flavor, reduce the amount of orange juice.
