Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are firm.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
