- 1/2 cup scallions, chopped

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon erythritol or preferred sweetener
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, napa cabbage, green cabbage, bell peppers, scallions, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and erythritol until well combined.
