Delicious and easy Keto Chicken Shawarma that’s perfect for a healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken thighs evenly in the marinade and let it marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes, then slice the chicken.
  6. Serve with your choice of keto-friendly veggies or on a lettuce wrap.
