Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs evenly in the marinade and let it marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes, then slice the chicken.
- Serve with your choice of keto-friendly veggies or on a lettuce wrap.
