A delicious low-carb casserole packed with broccoli and cheese, perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and set.
