Delicious and healthy homemade peanut butter cups that satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt.
Ingredients

- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
- Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
- Top with another layer of melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Once set, remove from liners and enjoy!
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Customize by adding crushed nuts or sea salt on top before setting.
