- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned.
- Stir in sliced zucchini, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For added flavor, try adding Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes.
