Ingredients

  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
