Description

A delicious and hearty baked rigatoni recipe with ground beef, perfect for a family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cups rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet; stir to combine.
  5. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Add the beef mixture to the pasta mixture; stir well.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish; top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
