Description

Delicious and creamy deviled eggs topped with crispy bacon, perfect as an appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  5. Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
  6. Top with chopped bacon and chives.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
  • These can be prepared a day in advance; just keep them refrigerated until serving.
