Description

A delicious and easy recipe for meatballs cooked in a sweet and tangy pineapple sauce, perfect for parties or a family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
  2. Add the frozen meatballs and pineapple chunks, stirring to coat.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
