Description

Deliciously crispy cabbage wedges cooked to perfection in the air fryer, perfect as a side dish or a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into wedges and remove the core.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the cabbage wedges with the oil mixture.
  5. Place cabbage wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden.
  7. Remove and serve warm.
