Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cabbage into wedges and remove the core.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the cabbage wedges with the oil mixture.
- Place cabbage wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden.
- Remove and serve warm.
