- 2 cups pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink.
- Add minced garlic and spinach, cooking until spinach is wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and combine everything well. Serve immediately.
