Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese and marinara sauce.
- Layer the mixture in an oven-safe bowl or dish.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, onion, and olives.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
