Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each cookie halfway into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- If desired, sprinkle the cookies with sprinkles or chopped nuts before the chocolate hardens.
- Let the cookies cool until the chocolate is set.
