Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
