Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat, then add garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
- Stir in rice, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
