- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring the balsamic vinegar to a simmer over medium heat. Cook until it has reduced by half and thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
