- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Blend oats in a blender until they reach a fine flour consistency.
- Add mixed berries, banana, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, and chia seeds.
- Blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk as needed.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For a thicker smoothie, use less almond milk.
