Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend oats in a blender until they reach a fine flour consistency.
  2. Add mixed berries, banana, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, and chia seeds.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk as needed.
