- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
