- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add in the almond flour, salt, vanilla extract, and almond extract; mix until combined.
- Form the dough into small balls and place them onto a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball slightly with the bottom of a glass.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
