Description

Deliciously buttery and easy to make, these almond flour shortbread cookies are a perfect treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add in the almond flour, salt, vanilla extract, and almond extract; mix until combined.
  4. Form the dough into small balls and place them onto a baking sheet.
